Mountain Laurel Medical Center is pleased to welcome two new leaders to their Executive Team.
In July of 2022, Drew C. Pierce joined their organization as Chief Financial Officer. Drew is from West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. His professional background includes 14 years of experience working at other Community Health Centers, having most recently served as the CEO/CFO at Primary Health Network in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Drew graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1989 with a degree in Accounting and is a CPA, Certified Coder, and Nursing Home Administrator.
In October of 2022, Dr. Henry R. Lemley was welcomed as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Lemley earned his medical degree in 2000 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky before completing his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana. He spent 20 years in the US Army Guard/Reserve as Division Surgeon for the 38th Infantry (Cyclone Division) and was most recently an Emergency Room Doctor in Huntsville, Alabama.
Drew and Dr. Lemley will be joining Chief Executive Officer Brian Bailey, Chief Operating Officer Sandra Moore, and Vice President-Clinical Practice and Quality Michelle Dixon to complete Mountain Laurel Medical Center’s Executive Team.
“We are excited to introduce our new team members at Mountain Laurel. Both Dr. Lemley and Drew provide substantial healthcare related experiences and new perspectives to further our mission in the communities we serve,” said Brian Bailey.

Mountain Laurel Medical Center is a community health center with three locations in Oakland, Grantsville, and Westernport, Maryland, whose mission is to “provide the highest quality primary health care to the Community regardless of ability to pay”.
