Kevin has been a resident of Garrett County since 2015 when he assumed the duties of County Administrator. Originally from Alleghany County Kevin spent most of his career in the Baltimore metropolitan area working for Provident Bank of Maryland as Vice President, Corporate Security and Chevy Chase Banks as Vice President, Security Operations. He has been involved in government operations, both appointed and elected positions for over 35 years. Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Frostburg University. Kevin has a strong commitment to community service. He is a member of the Oakland Rotary Club and has been active in Lions Club. Kevin and his wife Judy live in Mountain Lake Park.
