Mountain Laurel Medical Center (MLMC) is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced clinicians to its medical team: Nicki Yoder, CRNP, who joins the Grantsville location, and Hannah Warner, PA-C, who joins the Westernport location.
Nicki Yoder, CRNP, joined Mountain Laurel in late 2025 as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Nicki brings a broad range of clinical experience and a deep connection to the community she serves. A Garrett County native, Nicki grew up on a dairy farm in Accident, Maryland. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Allegany College in 2016 and went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018 from Chamberlain University. Throughout her nursing career, she has served in critical care float positions at Mon General Hospital and WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, as well as in the emergency department and medical-surgical floor at Garrett Regional Medical Center. Her experience also includes time as a Garrett County school nurse, long-term care at Goodwill Retirement Community, and home health while pursuing her graduate education. Nicki completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from Chamberlain University in June 2025.
Hannah Warner, PA-C, joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in January 2026 as a board-certified Physician Assistant at the Westernport office. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2015 and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017, both from West Liberty University. During her training, she served as Community Outreach Chair and participated in medical missions to Haiti, experiences that helped shape her strong commitment to community service. Prior to joining MLMC, Hannah practiced for seven years at Saweikis Family Medicine in Keyser, West Virginia, where she built lasting relationships with patients and families. Hannah is grateful for the opportunity to continue providing patient-centered care to her community.
“We are thrilled to welcome Nicki Yoder, CRNP and Hannah Warner, PA-C to MLMC. Both bring strong clinical experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. We are grateful they have chosen to join our team and serve our community”, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sarah Call said, “their dedication to high-quality care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and families we are privileged to care for.”
Hannah and Nicki join an ever-growing Mountain Laurel Medical Center clinical team that also welcomed two new pediatric clinicians in December. These new additions demonstrate MLMC’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare throughout Garrett, Allegany, and Preston Counties.
Hannah and Nicki are both currently accepting new patients. Appointments can be made by calling Mountain Laurel Medical Center.
