Working for Mountain Laurel Medical Center has been a blessing for myself as a Registered Nurse and for my family as a wife and mother. I have had the honor of working at three out of the four locations. With each office, I have obtained respect for the different patient populations and increased my clinical knowledge and nursing skills. I appreciate the family-friendly work hours and atmosphere that Mountain Laurel provides. I have the joy of working beside noteworthy coworkers that encourage teamwork, respect, accountability, Integrity and a patient focused environment. I leave my job each day taking pride in my duties and feeling accomplished and appreciated. It is encouraging to know that this company provides personal, financial, and educational growth opportunities. Mountain Laurel is an exceptional employer because we deliver a whole team approach; by providing medical and behavioral health care, transportation and food services, financial and insurance navigation, along with guidance to other local community resources.

For me, working at Mountain Laurel has been a great experience. I have had the opportunity to work with all of our providers and have learned something new with each of them. It's family - it's more than just work. It's about caring not only for patients but for each other, as well. I love working with the providers, nurses, MAs, and my referrals team and so many others. I can call colleagues in other departments when I need additional information or have any questions and they respond quickly. Everyone is always willing to help out. We don't work In silos here. I wholeheartedly believe that this is the place for me.

Working at MLMC for the past 4 years has been a challenging, but rewarding experience. I am grateful for the support staff at MLMC that help to better serve the needs of our patients. MLMC embraces the patient-centered medical home and integrated care models of care, both of which focus on the patient's whole health. These models involve close collaboration with other providers and support staff across disciplines. The providers and support staff at MLMC go above and beyond to provide quality healthcare to our patients meeting not only their healthcare needs but their social and economic needs as well.
