From the moment I arrived at MLMC 11 years ago, I sensed it was unique—a place where I could genuinely care for patients in the way I envisioned when entering medicine. The organization's mission to serve anyone's health needs, combined with a dedicated support staff equally passionate about community impact, assured me I had found my professional home. I consider myself fortunate to provide care to this community, building lasting partnerships with my patients and their families along the way. It has been an honor to move into the Chief Medical Officer role, allowing me to help guide MLMC forward in the ever-evolving world of healthcare delivery and to support our exceptional staff along the way.

Working for Mountain Laurel has been an unexpected blessing. I now have the ability to have a consistent home schedule with my family. I no longer have to consistently rely on friends and family to get my son from the sitter or to appointments because of having to work evenings and weekends. Working for Mountain Laurel Medical Center has been a blessing for myself as a Registered Nurse and for my family as a wife and mother. Working at MLMC for the past 4 years has been a challenging, but rewarding experience. I am grateful for the support staff at MLMC that help to better serve the needs of our patients. MLMC embraces the patient-centered medical home and integrated care models of care, both of which focus on the patient's whole health. These models involve close collaboration with other providers and support staff across disciplines. The providers and support staff at MLMC go above and beyond to provide quality healthcare to our patients meeting not only their healthcare needs but their social and economic needs as well.
