Dr. Lydia Davis is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Davis attended medical school in Lewisburg, WV at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, after attending the University of Virginia where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Dr. Davis brings a strong background in Sports Medicine, Emergency and Wilderness Medicine, Behavioral Health and Mindfulness, Weight Loss and Obesity Treatment, Addiction Medicine, Integrative Practices, and much more! Dr. Davis grew up in Southwestern Pennsylvania and Morgantown, WV. She enjoys spending her spare time at Snowshoe Ski Area, and Canaan Valley, WV, where she enjoys snow skiing, hiking, music, and trout fishing!

Kim Maynard

Kimberly Maynard, CRNP

Westernport, MD

Kim joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in June 2019 as a family nurse practitioner. Kim graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 1999 and worked as a registered nurse in Cumberland before returning to school. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from University of Maryland Baltimore and her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from West Virginia University. She is board certified by the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kim is excited to be a part of Mountain Laurel Medical Center and looks forward to her serving the communities acute and chronic health care needs.

Hollie Green

Hollie Green, CRNP

Westernport, MD

Hollie joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in November 2020. Hollie is board certified nationally by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the State of Maryland. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Hollie is a native and lifelong resident of Allegany County. She graduated from Mountain Ridge High School and obtained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Allegany College of Maryland in 2015. Her nursing experience started at Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, WV where she worked as a pediatric nurse. During that time she finished her Bachelors and Masters in Nursing degree. After achieving her Master’s Degree from Chamberlain University in 2019, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice. She currently resides in Frostburg, MD with her husband, Nick and son. Hollie is looking forward to serving the surrounding communities and working with her patients to help them achieve healthier lives!

Sierra Smearman, LMSW

Sierra joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in June of 2022. Sierra is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Maryland. Sierra is a lifelong resident of Allegany County. She graduated from Mountain Ridge High School and obtained her Associate’s Degree in Human Services at Allegany College of Maryland in 2016. Her education was continued at Frostburg State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Social Work and went on to Salisbury University for her Master’s in Social Work. Sierra has experience with young children, adolescents, and elderly patients. Sierra is currently working on her clinical social work licensure and desires to finish her addiction’s certificate to assist patient’s in overcoming their addictions.

Derek

Derek McCauley, LMSW

Oakland & Westernport, MD

 

Derek joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in August of 2022 as a Behavioral Health Provider. Born in Oakland and a native of Western MD, he graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters in Social Work in 2019 after earning a BS in Social Work at Frostburg State University in 2012. Having previously worked in Treatment Foster Care, Derek has engaged with a variety of community services across Western MD and brings a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and families of all backgrounds. He resides in La Vale, MD with his wife and their two sons. He spends his time making music with whatever instrument he can get his hands on. Derek believes in drawing upon individuals’ strengths and he looks forward to working with patients of all ages on their behavioral health goals.
