On August 28th, James W. Mou joined the Mountain Laurel Medical Center team as their Chief Financial Officer. James is a Garrett County native, having most recently worked at WVU Garrett Regional Medical Center as the Senior Director of Clinic Operations and Regional Decision Support. James graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Information Systems from Fairmont State University and then furthered his education at Villanova University. In addition to his work at the hospital, his professional background includes experience in business development, financial analysis, forecasting, and information technology for the federal government and commercial industry.
“James’s diverse knowledge and experience, in addition to his established relationships with other Garrett County organizations, will serve as a great asset to Mountain Laurel’s effort to grow and expand,” said Chief Executive Officer Brian Bailey.
