Natosha Shaw, LCSW-C

Natosha joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in 2026 as a Behavioral Health Provider. She is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Maryland and is currently working toward obtaining her clinical licensure.

Natosha earned an Associate’s Degree in Human Services in 2019 from Allegany College of Maryland, before continuing her education at Frostburg State University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2021. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University in 2024.

Natosha brings experience working in many areas of social work, including substance use disorders, mental health conditions, behavioral concerns, and case management. She also has experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Natosha has a strong passion for helping adolescents and individuals who are struggling with substance use.
